Domaines Perrin La Vieille Ferme Côtes de Ventoux 1999: Good intensity of colour, with a red-purple hue. Nose is raspberries, blueberries and spice, the blend clearly dominated by the Grenache grape. On the palate, soft tannins with soft, balanced acidity, and good bramble fruit and blueberry flavours with a touch of earthy undergrowth. Quite a clean wine, but classically Southern Rhône.
